In a sneak peek of Dr. Phil’s new show “Taking it to the Streets”, we went behind the scenes at Steven Singer Jewelers in Philadelphia to watch some of the filming of the upcoming episode.  Bernie, who plans to propose on the show, was picking up his new 1.50 carat diamond engagement ring courtesy of Steven Singer.
